Responsibilities

1. Work with the CEO, senior management team, and staff to facilitate short and longterm
strategic organization development plans.
2. Identify and address development issues that affect the well-being and efficacy of
the organization.
3. Identify, evaluate and gain consensus for development of new or expansion of
current services and programs.
4. Develop and drive digital transformation or change program to be success as goals.
5. Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities.
6. Serve as the executive sponsor for digital process innovation.
7. Manage the operations development function efficiently, and oversee development
activities in coordination with staff.
8. Raises awareness of the organization and its primary goals through outreach
efforts, regular events in the community, publications, and media relations.
9. Foster a culture of organization and ensure that digital transformation and change
development are executed in keeping with the organization's Competency, Values,
Vision, and Mission.
10. Establish performance measures, monitor results, and evaluate the efficacy of the
digital transformation and change development program.
11. Be a key change agent and role model of KIG's Mission, Vision, Values and
Competency.

 
Qualification
 
1.Bachelor’s degree or master degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2.Experience in a senior management position.
3.Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful vision, mission, and profitable strategies.
4.Experience in management information system/information technology or digital transformation.
5.Experience in organization development and change management.
6.Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, accounting-finance, HR, production etc.
7.Good command of speaking, reading and writing English.
